HotelO uses a simple two-login model: the protected Owner and one Management account.

Access model

Your plan controls the available logins. Starter includes only the Owner. Professional and Premium include one additional Management login. No staff-role picker is used.

👑 Owner
Primary protected account. Full hotel access, billing, payments, reports, settings, users and subscription.
🧭 Management
Second operational login on Professional and Premium. Bookings, rooms, billing, payments, reports and revenue. No user, settings or subscription control.

Owner account

The Owner account is protected and cannot be deleted, reassigned or replaced from this screen.

Management account

On Professional and Premium, this account is created automatically. Set a password to activate the login. The Owner never sees the saved password again.
